Registration information

Cancellations received before May 15, 2019  will be charged a 100 USD or 650 CNY cancellation fee. 

Cancellations received after May 15 are not eligible for a refund.

Deadline for early-bird registration fee: February 1, 2019

Deadline to be considered for a concurrent session oral presentation: March 1, 2019

Deadline to be included in abstract book and a poster number: May 1, 2019
